Spencer Educational Foundation Welcomes Daniel Perez as Program Administrator

 

Perez brings a wealth of key skills and experience to Spencer


New York, NY (April 2, 2024) – The Spencer Educational Foundation is thrilled to announce the appointment of Daniel F. Perez as Program Administrator. Perez officially began his role on April 1, 2024, and will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Foundation's programs and events.

 

Perez brings a wealth of experience in higher education, program management, and strategic planning to the Foundation. His commitment to excellence and proactive problem-solving approach, combined with his deep understanding of the Risk Management and Insurance sector, positions him as a key player in shaping the future leaders of the industry.

 

"We have been looking for a dynamic individual who has a unique skill set and believe we have found that in Daniel," said Spencer Executive Director Megan Miller. "Daniel brings a wealth of skills in academia, administration, event planning, marketing, operations, nonprofit, and is well-regarded within the Risk Management and Insurance community."

 

Prior to joining Spencer, Perez served as Assistant Director at the Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship at Rollins College, where he successfully executed a myriad of student programs and coordinated major events. His tenure there included leading the strategy and execution of all programming, highlighting his adeptness in handling multifaceted projects and driving strategic initiatives.

 

Perez's consultancy work with the Casualty Actuarial Society further showcases his expertise in establishing and branding international programs, a skill set that is invaluable to Spencer as the Foundation expands its reach and impact. His role in launching Spanish and Portuguese-speaking programming underlines his ability to cater to diverse audiences, a crucial attribute for the international perspective needed at Spencer.

 

Perez's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Texas at El Paso, enriched by international research experience in Beijing and Shanghai, China.
